On the morning of November 1, The Tripartite Investment Framework Agreement on Investment & Cooperation by Jingzhou District Government, Guangxi Liugong Machinery Co.,ltd and Hubei Jianghan Construction Machinery Co.,ltd was signed.
Wu Jin, Secretary of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee, Tang Qibin, Deputy Director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region attended the event and delivered the speech. Wu addressed that Jingzhou, guided by the requirement of provincial Party committee and provincial government, Jingzhou is accelerating the building of regional center city, and fostering the comprehensive transportation system connecting roads, railways, waterways and airports, which provides excellent business environment. The jointly building of Liugong Machinery's Central China Industrial Base by Liugong Group and Jianghan Construction Machinery, which will inject new vitality into the development and expansion of the equipment manufacturing industry in Jingzhou. It is hoped that Liugong Group can continue to deepen cooperation with Jingzhou and deploy more industries to Jingzhou. Jingzhou Municipal Party Committee and Jingzhou Municipal Government will serve the enterprise whole-heartedly, offer all-element and all-round services for the enterprises, go all out to promote the projects be completed and put into operation as early as possible.
Tang noted that, taking this project as an opportunity, it is hoped to promote the deepening of cooperation between Liugong Group and Jianghan Construction Machinery, and achieve fruitful results in business management, intelligent transformation and upgrading, and expansion of domestic and foreign markets, and build a model for cooperative development between Guangxi and Hubei. The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region will fully support Guangxi Liugong’s investment in Jingzhou.

At the meeting, in addition to signing a tripartite framework agreement, Guangxi Liugong Machinery Co., Ltd. and Hubei Jianghan Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. also signed a cooperation agreement. Liugong Group will build machinery industry base project in Jingzhou district with an investment of 3 billion yuan, as well as supporting industrial park projects, to gather industrial clusters, build construction machinery and related industrial chain, and actively advance the construction of Jingzhou into Liugong Machinery Industrial Base in Central China.
